Installation service
Installation service steps
1. Design when knowing the needs of customers. We will design according to the specs and sizes that the customer wants.
2. Send specs and purchase order documents, sending details of the products we designed. Allow the customer to check whether the specs and sizes are as desired or not.
3. Product production takes approximately 45 days to order and produce.
4. Install and deliver work We will send a team to install the display at your location and provide knowledge. How to use (Installation costs depend on the environment and the composition of the area.)
Note :
– Delivered within 7-25 days after ordering. and the first deposit payment is completed. The contract is stated in the quotation. Payment term
– Pay the first installment 50% of the product price. After agreeing to order the product
– Pay the second installment of the remaining 50% after product delivery and product usage testing. that there is no problem The trade is considered completed.
After-sale service Maintenance
1. Call Center
In this case, the call center staff will be responsible for answering calls and providing information to customers. Customers can report details or problems with using the display. Our team will explain the solution step-by-step in detail.
2. Onsite Service
In the event that the customer is unable to resolve the display malfunction We have Onsite service. Teams will go to the area to solve problems with the display for customers at their location.
We provide maintenance and repair services to customers who do not use our company’s displays. But there will be a cost. It depends on each case.
